Property Manager Didn't really work with any members of your team except the property manager. Property The house if absolutely beautiful. Well maintained. Beautiful area. Our family of 20+ had a wonderful time and room for everyone to sleep.

Property Manager Everyone was helpful and friendly on the phone. We just never had the "maintenance person" come to deliver a TV remote. Like I said we found it by chance so all worked out. We only watched a little TV anyway. I was so glad to NOT have to clean. Property It was 95% perfect. If the teflon was not coming off the pans and the TV remote had been there you would have got 100% perfection. The place is so nice that the other things did not spoil our visit. Many of the children cried when they left. (Only the adults were tired from staying up late :-) and had to get back to work. I wanted to stay longer too. Thanks for making this kind of lodging available.

Property Manager I talked to Lisa before checkout and she was extremely friendly and helpful. Property The property was perfect for our family reunion. There were plenty of beds for the adults. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed to spend some time together away from crowds.

Ease of check-in and check-out was amazing. Setting is gorgeous. Everything about the property is amazing except for the beds.

Property Manager They were very good and nice when we could get hold of them. At first we were worried about the effects of the fire and couldn't get answers, just generic messages. But when I found out the business hours and got actual people it helped. We were very happy with the service, the property and the price Property It was great. It was everything we hoped for. I'm glad we know now that we can rent directly from you and not have to pay VRBO an extra fee.
