Property Manager With a wonderful system for checking in, on site staff to help with any of those nasty unforeseen issues, and a team of snowblowers working feverishly to keep the grounds clear -- our stay was a very pleasant experience. Property Manager I felt the members of the team were very helpful especially when we had an issue. Property I believe the unit we rented may have been the first time it has been used. We came to this conclusion since most utensils had never been used and were brand new.

Property Manager Lisa was great trying to fix our internet. However, the ISP wasn't able to fix it so she let us use her wifi. She saved the weekend from my kids whining about no cable tv and internet. Property This is a great property to stay in at Brian Head. We will definitely come back. We liked the chess table & proximity to slope.

Property Manager I had very little interaction with your team members. We communicated through email and their instructions were accurate. Property We absolutely loved the experience. We plan to return every spring break with the kids and the grand parents. We have been posting pictures and videos and telling all of our friends about our stay at Brian Head. The loft was a huge part of that experience. We loved the views, the modern decor, the space, the full size modern kitchen, the proximity to ski areas and the living space. Everything was wonderful.
